I SERIOUSLY care about the "lack of good faith" and "genuine honesty" demonstrated from the individual team members behind Earl! To me, it's not as much as actually receiving the tablet that I ordered 4 years ago for $299 on May 26th, 2013, its absence of response to my numerous emails that I know were sent to the correct addresses.
June 27, 2015 email requesting Refund....No response
July 17, 2015 email follow-up requesting response - nothing
Aug 1,2015 email follow-up requesting response to my emails - nothing
Feb 10, 2016 Pleading for a response....NOTHING!
It's the continuous bait and switch....a December 1, 2016 disingenuous survey, as in purgatory, to give donors hope, when there is only hell in one direction.
Just tell us, you've failed. Just tell us, you honestly tried, that $650-750k is gone. Just tell us the money's gone, there is no refunds available. Be honest. But just friggin' stand up and respond in the same unvarnished, sincere, and clear and clean manner that we all signed up with you. The same genuine honestly when we paid, and patiently waited after deadline after deadline passed. Just respond...just talk to your donors in the same vein as we did in 2013 with Earl.
