I understand that sounds confusing. Jon had asked multiple friends of his, people who were either part of Sqigle Inc. at one point or another, or just good friends, to help him with things like communication, handling the forum, answering questions on the Comment area of the main page (thank god that's changed), helping with refunds, etc. They would get started, barely introduce themselves, and through no fault of their own get pulled away back to their lives for some reason. Again, no blame placed. Life happens.
Jon has hired a software development team, a website/eInk Store development team, a hardware development team, engineers and everything else. He is the Project Manager/Owner/Only guy keeping everyone on task. He's the only one in China. He has friends that forward mail to him, and good friends he visits when he is in the States, but Jon is basically IT for Sqigle.
I hope I can help, and that the help I give benefits all of us.
