Ping. Nothing good to say, so I will stay quite.
PING -- so... its Feb 15th "START THE CLOCK!" Dec 1st e-mail 75 days no update....
Status: Still sad
On the upside, we still have an active forum to complain on. That's nice.
I seriously urge everyone to use social media to draw attention to Jon and try to get a response:https://twitter.com/peazleyhttps://www.facebook.com/jonathan.perryhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/jonathan-perry-25482461https://plus.google.com/107451110498923190151
Thanks for the effort Kayak. But looks like jonathan is reducing this social media footprint.3 of the links are no longer active. The facebook link doesn't appear to be the bearded jonthan perry.Has anyone got another way to reach out to this guy?
Yikes, when I copied them from my other post it adds the number of clicks that the links have had! I edited them but my original post is here:
Still holding out hope! Would like a little more communication (haha)
PING ...---... maybe that will get a response
WTF is this now ?!?!?!!?
a new earl is coming soon??? I would sure love to get the one I paid for
Yeah, I also stumbled upon the new site. What should that mean?! Funny thing is that the "Current backers" link leads to nowhere. Seems as if they wanted to setup a Typeform form, but weren't able to do that right. Well, only the regular forum update mails remind me that I still have some money in this project.
I set it up to notify me. I'd like to see if he resurfaces.
PING... any news? just thought maybe
Ping, the current backers link is still busted on the new page.
Any updates? I'm just curious.
Nope. Just that stupid and useless new website. I tried to refuse this for a long time, but now I am starting to believe this was all a big scam.
Ping. This sucks and has for a long time.
Does anyone remember what the date was when they sent money for an earl? Was it summer of 2013? I can't remember.
This project has to be dead now..... It's time to let go....
I needed it for a trip I took to Alaska in 2017. I figures 4 years would be plenty of time. Ended up buying a Garmin for the trip.
