paulS, your original request of April 22nd should have gone through. I'll include a note to Jon asking him to verify when that refund occurred. Do you still have the contact info for the old credit card company? I'd ask them.

ALL - If your card has changed, please keep contact info for your
previous card company. Once they receive a credit to your old account,
they will either move that to the new card if it's within their
wheelhouse, or they will cut a check and send it to you. If you want to
know more, contact them and ask that question. Each company is
different. What they have in common is that the money is yours when it
comes back, and it is required they try to get it to you.
If you don't have your order number, I cannot guarantee they will
find your original order by name and email, and I do not know if they
will be able to refund. Sincerest apologies to those affected. I will
however try to submit the information you give me and hope for the best.
Please note, I don't have access to see the mail in the MeetEarl
mailboxes. I can't see Meet Earl or Refunds or Admin or anything. The
ONLY way that I'm getting refund requests is via this forum. I don't
have any fiscal responsibility nor input into anything EARL - I'm simply
emailing Jon when I get requests for refunds.
