Any time I mention that I'm working on your refund, that is in fact the only notification that you'll receive from me that it is in process.
For my part, I can only email Jon information about refund requests.
I give him your Forum name, First and Last if you give it, email if you give it, and your order number. I don't see the process, I don't know what the status is, and I can only hope that you get your refund in a timely manner and let us know that you received it. I track everything on an Excel spreadsheet, and when someone asks to have their stuff updated, I update the spreadsheet. I email updates on refund requests to Jon. When someone asks, I increase their forum member privileges so they are not limited in their ability to post.
Thus ends my entire knowledge, participation and responsibilities with regard to the Earl Forum. It is entirely on a volunteer basis, and I receive no compensation for anything that I'm doing here.
Stressing the importance of your refund will not help. I don't send urgent requests for immediate refund. I ask him to refund. There is some translation that happens here - "OMIGODINEEDMONEYSOICANPAYMYRENT" will not make it to Jon.
